As part of the 2019 cleaning, I'm going through the process of "unsubscribing" to a number of the e-mails.
It seems to me there is something asunder here.
When it comes time to sign up to receive the electronic messages, notifications are sent almost immediately, followed by the messages.
However, when it's time to "unsubscribe" there is a note that indicates it may take up to 20 days to unsubscribe.
Wonder why that is? Isn't it all done by bots and algorithms?
